New Economic Development Director

Ruben Gomez, a banker who graduated from the University of Minnesota, and has a great deal of business experience –he spend years attracting businesses to Newark — has been appointed as Economic Development Director of Paterson.
Silky City, suffering from myriad of economic problems: lack of jobs, not enough tax revenues, hopes Mr Gomez can come in and resolve a lot of the problems facing the city. The new position will earn him a salary of $105,000 a year.
The last person who held that office has sued to regain his position, after being fired.
