Late Friday night, 4 people were struck by bullets from a passing vehicle, reported a local paper. The drive by shooting left one man dead, and three others wounded, the man was pronounced dead at St. Joseph Medical Center.

The situation unfolded in the crime-ridden streets of the 1st word near Arch Ave and N. 4th Street.

Police have yet to find a suspect.
