A lifeless man was on the floor in front of the Passaic County Courthouse, 71 Hamilton Ave, in Paterson. Few people saw the man from the inside of the court complex looking out and called police; the cops arrived and confirmed the man was indeed dead.

Authorities are unsure what caused the man’s death, but are investigating; while some are speculating that the man died of natural causes or was suffering from some sort of medical condition.

An autopsy will be done to ascertain the cause of death. The man, homeless, did not have any forms of identification on him, leaving investigators with the task of figuring out the dead man’s identity.
