Purse Snatcher Caught

An elderly woman was walking on 4th Ave at around 10:30am in the morning, when 3 robbers separated her from her purse, reported a local paper.
One of the man begin chatting the old woman up, as another grabbed her purse, and the 3rd one snatched her chain.
All three attempted to escape, but one of robbers was captured by cops.
One of the three man was arrested: Joseph Gray, 25-year-old, is in police custody while the other 2 remain free.
