Paterson Police has arrested 2 individuals who were involved in a September drive-by shooting that left a man dead, reported a small-time local newspaper.

Dennis Taylor Jr. was walking to a block party on September 14th a car passed by taking his life.

Knowledge Samuels and Quashon Brooks, both 23-year-old, are being charged with his murder. Mr Samuels was hanging about near Governor Street when a patrol officer picked him up; Mr Brooks came in for a scheduled meeting with his parole officer and was promptly arrested.

Both face murder charges as well as weapons charges.
