Murder Outside a Bar

Outside a bar located on McBride Avenue a fight broke out leaving one man dead. Beleon Ellerbee, 23-year old, was stabbed in the chest once; police arrived on the scene after an employee from Augie’s Bar dialed 911; upon arrival they found a large crowd and Mr Ellerbee was lying on the floor nearly lifeless.
Some at the scene have said two men got into an altercation which culminated into the stabbing.
Ambulance transported him to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
The incident unfolded little after 12am on Sunday.
Police have yet to catch a suspect but are investigating.
