A man was walking through a basketball court on 12th Avenue when he heard gunfire, and began to run, thinking someone might be aiming for him, and his assessment was accurate, he had been shot in the leg.

Another person saw the wounded man and gave him a ride to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, where he is being treated for his injuries.
