Police have apprehended a man responsible for the shooting that took place outside School 21 yesterday few minutes prior to dismissal: Keshon Lucky, 26-year-old.
During the incident yesterday, a man was loitering in front of the school, who has been identified as Marquise Townsend, 22-year-old; it is assumed that Mr Lucky was attempting to murder Mr Townsend, but the bullet fired by the former did not land on the target.
Mr Townsend, after the bullet missed him, fled.
On January 8th, 2013, Mr Lucky was shot multiple times which left him in critical condition at a hospital for sometime; once he recovered, it is speculated he went after, Mr Townsend. Police have yet to find who shot Mr Lucky that day.
The 26-year-old, Keshon Lucky, has been charged with attempted murder.
