12-year-old attacked on Rosa Parks Boulevard

A 12-year-old boy was attacked while walking home sometime before midnight on Tuesday night near 12th Avenue, according to Paterson Police.
The victim was walking home through Rosa Parks Boulevard and 12th Avenue when two individuals surrounded him and began to punch him in the face and gut.
After the attack, suspects snatched the boy’s cell phone and fled the scene. The young man was not seriously injured in the incident and did not require medical attention.
Police are investigating the incident.
