20-year-old shot in the stomach on 10th Avenue

A man who was walking on 10th Avenue early Tuesday morning was attacked and left with a gunshot wound to the stomach, according to Paterson Police.
The victim, 20-year-old, was walking on 10th Avenue near East 27th Street, at around 2am on Tuesday morning, when someone hit him over the head with something, which left the man unconscious.
When he regained consciousness he realized he had been shot in the stomach; the injured man walked to a home, and had himself transported to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center.
