I was knowingly falsely accused, assaulted and charged with a created crime 6/25/96 of which after trial in which the exonerating evidence although known before trial was omitted on record. As a result I was falsely held in prison for a period of 17 years. I wrote to the New Jersey newspapers who printed the story back then ,however I received no response ( IND. #S-96-9-1237-I ) I have continously wrote to the Bergen County Prosecutor with little or no co-operation from the Bergen County Counsel's Office who were informed on 2 occasions, as the matter involves a conspiracy between officers of the Paramus Police Department and J.C. Penny Department store and it's security personel also of, Paramus N.J.. Although due to the fact that a Federal Heabeas Corpus was issued the matter will be heard in the Federal Court, District of Newark as a result of this violation of Constitutional Rights, everyone was due to be informed. I attempted to call the Bergen County Clerk on 12/16/13 to verify their receiving a fax sent 12/15/13 although a Fax Log is kept again I was given little co-operation.
