Early dismissal for Paterson schools

Students at the city’s more than 50 schools are on an early dismissal schedule due to a pending snowstorm, announced the city’s school district Tuesday morning.
Students will be let out of school at 1:10 p.m., while teachers and staffers will be released at 1:30 p.m. “Due to the inclement weather conditions, all students will be dismissed today, Tuesday, Jan. 21st at 1:10 pm and all staff will be dismissed at 1:30 pm,” read the announcement issued by Terry Corallo, the district’s spokesperson.
All afternoon and evening programs scheduled at the schools have been cancelled.
