More than 100 Paterson charter students accepted into four-year colleges

Well over 100 Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology students received college acceptance letters from various four-year institutions including one from prestigious Princeton University.

Students were accepted into colleges all throughout the United States. Pupils have received acceptance letters from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, Temple University in Pennsylvania, Florida International University, New Jersey City University, Seton Hall University, Ramapo College, and Rutgers University.

Sera Gorucu made history at the high school which was established in 2002 by becoming the first student to be accepted into Princeton University.

“We are so proud of all of our students who have received college acceptances,” Lead Person or Principal Riza Gurcanli said. “Their hard work is a reflection of our faculty’s commitment to preparing our students to be college and career ready.”
