City police officers responding to a call of multiple shots fired at the intersection of Warren and East 16th streets found a victim shot to death early Monday morning.

The victim, Isaac Tucker, 40, was found dead near 296 East 16th Street at around 2:20 a.m.

Minutes before the city man was found dead at the location police received calls of four to five shots fired in the area of Warren and East 16th streets.

A white BMW was observed leaving the scene through Warren Street towards East 18th Street. A black male was seen running up Putnam Street towards East 18th Street.
