The Passaic County Superior Court is hosting an expungement seminar at the Danforth Memorial Library on April 9 at 2 p.m.

Featured topics at the seminar will include who is eligible for expungment, time requirement for expungement, and what occurs at an expungement hearing.

Passaic County Bar Association member William Marotta and Passaic County Superior Court Ombudsman June Zieder will present during the seminar. A Representative from the Passaic County Superior Court Criminal Division will also present during the seminar.

Attendees will be able to ask questions about the expungment process at the seminar.

The seminar will take place Thursday, April 9 at 2 p.m. at 250 Broadway inside the library’s assembly room.
