A 24-year-old city man was shot and killed on Warren Street and Rosa Parks Boulevard during the late evening hours of Sunday. A second 24-year-old was wounded.

The two city men were struck at around 10:17 p.m. on Sunday. The first victim may have been shot in the head. And the second victim suffered wound to the leg. Both were rushed to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Police have not released details of the shooting. 23 hours before the shooting that took the life of the 24-year-old victim another shooting happened on 9th Avenue and East 18th Street at around 11 p.m. on Saturday.

A 39-year-old man suffered graze wound to the chin, police said. The victim was treated and released from hospital.
