A city man was wounded during the early evening hours of Thursday, according to the Paterson Police Department.
The victim sustained a gunshot wound to the arm at around 6:10 p.m. on Holsman and Jefferson streets, police said.
Patrick Murray, head of the Ceasefire Unit, said the uncooperative victim arrived at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center five minutes later. Detectives responded to the area around Presidential Boulevard and found a crime scene near the intersection of Jefferson and Holsman streets, police said.
The victim is in stable condition and is being treated, Murray said.
