The city’s Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) board revoked Wild Bull bar’s liquor license on Wednesday evening due to a large number of violations.

The Buffalo Avenue bar was cited on March 27th, 2015 for allowing its business to become a “nuisance,” sold alcohol to underage individuals, and permitted unlawful activities within its doors: heroin use or distribution.

According to city records the establishment collected 67 charges from December 2006 through March 4th, 2014.

The board dismissed more than 40 old charges against the establishment. The board’s attorney Rachel Nguyen counted the recent violations, some going back to 2013, and tallied 595 days of suspension for the establishment plus license revocation.

Board officials notified the bar’s owner to appear for Wednesday evening’s hearing, but he did not show.

In March 2015, city police charged 18 people with underage drinking at the location. The establishment’s owner Krassimir Orachev, 59, of Lodi was also arrested for selling to underage patrons and maintaining a nuisance.

The three-member board accepted license revocation for the South Paterson bar.
