A city teenager was driving an unregistered vehicle with fictitious temporary registration documents while allegedly in possession of 157 Xanax and Percocet pills, according to Passaic County Sheriff Richard Berdnik.

Sheriff’s officers stopped a white four-door Taurus on Ellison and Straight streets and arrested the boy.

Authorities said he also had marijuana in his possession. Authorities said he was charged on various drug offenses and issued several motor vehicle summonses.

The 17-year-old was processed and placed on an alternate detention bracelet by Passaic County Human Services. He was released to his mother.

$821 cash was seized from the allegedly delinquent youth.
