Three city high school valedictorians were honored by congressman Bill Pascrell during his annual valedictorians breakfast.
Students were invited by the congressman to celebrate their academic achievements on Saturday, June 25, 2016. Each was allowed to bring two guests to the breakfast.
Pascrell recognized Tatianna Roberts from the School of Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Tourism at Eastside High School; Brianna Shannon (pictured) of the John F. Kennedy High School’s School of Business, Technology, Marketing and Finance; and Gabrielle Filippini of the Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology.
“It was a pleasure meeting them and recognizing their achievements in our district. I hope this will lead them to greater paths,” Pascrell said.
