Passaic City man shot in Paterson house party

A Passaic City man is in critical condition after he was shot during a dispute at a house party early Sunday morning on 12th Avenue in Paterson, according to police.
Police said the 31-year-old victim sustained a gunshot wound to the abdomen when a dispute erupted inside the residence on 12th Avenue and Rosa Parks Boulevard at about 12:25 a.m. In the escalating argument, a male produced a firearm, fired, and struck the victim, said police.
The victim was taken to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical for medical care. He is in critical, but stable condition, said police.
