A city man was wounded in a shooting in downtown Paterson early Wednesday morning, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

Police said the victim was wounded in a shooting on Main and Market streets at around 3:30 a.m. He got himself to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center for treatment, authorities said.

The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries, authorities said.
