A city man has been arrested after selling heroin to an undercover police officer, according to police.
Kazir Bynum, 24-year-old, has been charged with eight drug offenses. He was arrested at 46 Pearl Street on March 19.
Bynum had 151 glassine envelopes of heroin and a jar of marijuana weighing 15 grams, police said. He sold 50 glassine envelopes to an undercover police officer.
Police charged him with heroin possession, marijuana possession, intent to distribute, intent to distribute in a school zone, and intent to deal near a library.
