Wallington man arrested with heroin in Paterson, police say

A Wallington man was arrested last week with almost a dozen glassine envelopes of heroin, according to police.
Police arrested Nicholas Napolitano, 26-year-old, at 1004 East 28th Street on April 9, 2019. He allegedly had 11 glassine envelopes of heroin, police said.
Napolitano was charged with possession of heroin, police said.
