Authorities identify Paterson man killed in East 25th Street shooting

The city man found shot to death on East 25th Street has been identified as 42-year-old Marco Bishop, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Authorities said Bishop was found lifeless and lying in the street in the area of 968 East 25th Street at around 1:32 a.m. on May 9, 2019.
Police officers found him with an apparent gunshot wound lying face down in the street. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities are seeking help from the public to solve the homicide.
