The police arrested two men and confiscated 450 glassine envelopes of heroin in a raid on East 31st Street, according to public safety director Jerry Speziale.
Shamir Wade, 26, and Shaheem Austin, 33, both of Paterson, were arrested last Tuesday and charged with numerous drug offenses.
Police raided 474 East 31st Street at around 12:32 p.m. Police also seized 7 jars of marijuana in the bust.
Wade and Austin were each charged with seven drug offenses.
The police confiscated $121 in cash from Wade and $869 from Austin.
