Paterson man killed in Sunday night shooting identified as 28-year-old Kevin Lewis

A city man killed in a shooting late Sunday night has been identified as 28-year-old Kevin Lewis, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Lewis was found unresponsive outside of 271 Summer Street at around 10:20 p.m. He was rushed to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center for treatment. Authorities said he was rushed into surgery, but was pronounced dead at 5:15 a.m. on Monday.
No arrests have been made. Police continue to investigate the homicide. Anyone with information is asked to call the Paterson Police Detective Bureau at 973-321-1120.
