Paterson man dies after being struck by NJ Transit bus on Main Street

A city has died after being struck by a New Jersey Transit bus on Thursday afternoon, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
John Keenan, 46-year-old, was struck by the bus on Main and Mary streets at around 1:56 p.m., authorities said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities said the driver of the bus remained at the scene. Police continue to investigate the incident.
