Learn how to contain crime and gradually get rid of the issue. Do a daily sweep. Clean up all corners and hang out spots. These thugs need to fear law enforcement and they DO NOT. Pull over suspicious vehicles (some may argue that it's illegal) and vehicles known to be involved in drug sales and trafficking. These gangsters are too comfortable in the city.
