Paterson police arrest seven, seize drugs, sawed-off shotgun in Cedar Street raid

Detectives raided a house on Cedar Street late Monday afternoon, arresting seven people, seizing drugs and a sawed-off shotgun, according to public safety director Jerry Speziale.

Police arrested Filiberto Feliciano, 65, of Paterson; Carlos Torres, 43, of Paterson; Thomas Conversano, age unknown, of Hasbrouck Heights; Ronald Shiflett, age unknown of Basking Ridge; Richard Ordonez, age unknown, of Flanders; Kim Celentano, age unknown, of Paterson; Tammie Void, age unknown, of Paterson, during the raid at 97B Cedar Street and 100 Cedar Street, police said.

Feliciano, who resides in the house, and Torres were charged with more than 20 drugs and weapons offenses each. Conversano, Shiflett, Ordonez, Celentano, and Void were each charged with drug possession.

Police conducted the raid at around 4:30 p.m. on Monday after receiving information the house was being used to distribute drugs, Speziale said. Police confiscated 1 Remington sawed-off shotgun, 14 .22 caliber rounds, 3 shotgun shells, 103 grams of raw heroin, 75 glassine envelopes of heroin, 32 baggies of cocaine, and a digital scale.

Police seized $568 in cash in the raid.

    Patersons best are.working narcotics. Paterson police are cleaning house, not easy when most good officers transfer as soon as they can because of how bad Paterson is. Bad? YES BAD. Starting from so many low life residents, anti police elected officials and this liberal socialist democrat ran state.
