Two men Charles Nisivoccia, 45-year-old of Little Falls, and Marco Esposito, 50-year-old of Haledon, pleaded guilty of committing insurance fraud, viz. sending fraudulent claims to a host of insurance companies, reported the Star-Ledger.

Both were charged with theft by deception, a charge that could get each 3-5 years in prison; the former employees of Hamilton Rehabilitation Center, a chiropractic place located in Downtown Paterson,  were busted after an investigation into their activities by the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

Earlier in the week, the co-owner of the center also pleaded guilty.
