Man caught driving high with 50 plus bags of marijuana

A man was smoking weed while driving on East 26th Street, when a Sheriff’s Officer pulled him over, after which the man admitted that he was smoking marijuana.
Spencer Cleveland, 21-year-old, was not just smoking weed while driving he had scales inside his vehicle to measure and bag them — the officer found more than 50 bags in his possession.
Mr Cleveland has been charged with possession and intent to distribute.
