Woman, 22, found dead in Newark

A Paterson woman, who was reported missing by her family, was found strangled to death on the entrance ramp of Route 22, in Newark.
Chrismely A. Hidalgo, 22-year-old, leaves behind a daughter; her body was found near Empire Street in Newark on Sunday.
Authorities in that city are investigating.
