Homeless man caught breaking into a car

A homeless man who lives in Eve’s Village shelter located on Main Street was caught breaking into a vehicle parked outside the Passaic County Court House on Wednesday.
A bystander called the police; an officer from the Passaic County Sheriff’s office was sent to the scene; later the officer arrested Norberto Cordero, 29-year-old, and charged him with theft.
Mr Cordero is in lockup at the Paterson Police Department awaiting his day in court.
