Berkeley College Faculty of the Year 2012: Melissa Baralt

An exceptional professor, who does not waste a single minute of her instruction on anything other than learning, Melissa Baralt (pictured right), a resident of Paterson, was recognized by Berkeley College, a four-year school located in Woodland Park, as the 2012 Faculty of the Year.
“The award recognizes a faculty member who is a role model in demonstrating commitment to the success of Berkeley College students,” according to the college. Ms Baralt is extolled by students for being a brilliant professor, who shows a true sincerity towards them, and speaks in a down-to-earth manner that encourage and inspire students to learn and study without getting bogged down in jargons.
