Man shot inside his home in South Paterson

A man, who was sitting on his property in Illinois Avenue, in South Paterson little before 11pm on Friday, was approached by two gunmen, who forced him inside the house, and attempted to rob him.
The 38-year-old man struggled against the two and was shot in the left leg; the man remains in stable condition in St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center.
Paterson Police are investigating the incident.
