A massive fire that started sometimes after midnight Tuesday on Rosa Parks Boulevard left more than 13 people without a home, according to a story in the Record, a Woodland Park based newspaper.
The fire started in 197 Rosa Parks Boulevard at around 3am, and was not put out until three hours later, at around 6am; the home next door to the burning three family home was damaged.
