19-year-old shot in the leg near Rosa Parks Boulevard

A 19-year-old was out at 2am in the morning walking towards a fast food place near Hamilton Street and Rosa Parks Boulevard when he was shot in the leg.
The man after hearing gunshots in the area attempted to run away from the scene, but before he could flee a bullet hit him. The man, then waited outside the fast food restaurant for police to arrive.
He was transported to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center for treatment. Paterson Police are investigating the incident.
