Two drug dealers, who were making sales using rental a vehicle, were arrested after prolonged chase, according to the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office.

Kaushire Singletary, 20, and Quadasia Adamson, 38, female driver, were driving near the area of 8th Avenue and East 19th Street, when officers from the sheriff’s department initiated a traffic stop; as detectives approached Ms Adamson, the driver of the vehicle, hit the gas pedal and a pursuit began.

The suspects drove the vehicle, speeding through Madison Avenue, while Mr Singletary, male sitting in the passenger seat, began to discard bags of heroin out the window. After a chase both suspects were arrested near 10th Avenue and East 30th Street.

“A large quantity of Heroin labeled “SUMMER JAM” that was discarded during the pursuit” was recovered, according to authorities.

Both individuals, residents of Paterson, had previous criminal records, and have been charged with drug distribution.
