Police are seeking public assistance to solve a shooting incident that left a 22-year-old wounded on Friday, December 6th, 2013.

A video of the incident, which occurred at around 9:00 p.m. on Friday, shows two suspects cornering two individuals standing outside a store on Marshall Street near Slater Street. The suspects run through the pockets of the victims obtaining valuables as one of the gunman holds a gun to the victims.

After one of the suspect pats down one the victim, a 22-year-old, the gunman releases a bullet wounding him in the left knee. The 2nd victim, seeing the demise of the other, voluntarily hands everything he has to the suspect.

After shooting the victim, the suspects are shown fleeing the scene by entering a white vehicle, described by police as a “late 90’s or early 2000 model Ford Crown Victoria or Mercury Grand Marquis.” Police say the vehicle is “white with a half vinyl roof that is tan in color.”

Police are offering a $500 reward to anyone that would come forward with tips leading to the arrest of the individuals involved. Anyone with tips are asked to dial: 973-321-1342.
