Paterson’s roads are a disaster, which is no secret to anyone who attempts to drive on any city block. Most of us are struggling as it is with the high rent and out-of-control taxes, and simply driving to the store can be a costly experience when our cars get damaged because we can’t avoid the craters in our roads.

You would think that with all the money the City spends – and wastes, for that matter – that fixing our roads would be a priority, but apparently this is not the case.

The only candidate for Mayor who has an actual plan to address this is Aslon Goow. His plan for infrastructure includes a Roads Repair Program with a goal of repairing and repaving all of our most dangerous streets.

He will pursue grants and aid to augment and accelerate the City road repair program – at no extra burden to the already over-burdened taxpayer.  Fixing our streets will be a critical part on Paterson’s “road to renewal” – and Aslon Goow will be the Mayor to lead us there.
