City schools on a delayed opening schedule

The city’s school district has announced a delayed opening for Tuesday.
Staff members are required to arrive by 9:40 a.m. and students are required to be in buildings at 9:45 a.m., according to the announcement.
Breakfast will be served beginning at 9:10 a.m.
Dismissal time for both students and staff remain unchanged.
