Paterson man gets 45-year prison sentence for having sex with three step-daughters

A city man was sentenced to 45 years in prison for sexually assaulting three of his prepubescent step-daughters, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Victor Enamorado, 38, was handed down the sentence Friday afternoon. Enamorado was sentenced to three consecutive 15-year terms in New Jersey State prison for sexually assaulting the three step-daughters, all three of whom were under the age of 13, authorities said.
Enamorado was charged with three counts of first-degree sexual assault.
He also received five-year prison term on each of the second-degree sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child which will run concurrently with each other as well as the higher sentence for first-degree sexual assault, authorities said.
Enamorado will have to serve 85-percent of his sentenced before being eligible for parole. After release, he will be subject to parole for life, and will be barred from making contact with the victims in this case.
Authorities said Enamorado was found guilty in a jury trial in court before Passaic County Superior Court Judge Bruno Mongiardo on April 22, 2015. He was found guilty of three counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, three counts of second-degree sexual assault, three counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child for engaging in sexual conduct and sexually assaulting his three step-daughters, authorities said.
