Paterson holding 9/11 memorial service at Railroad Plaza

The city’s annual 9/11 memorial ceremony is scheduled for Friday, September 11, 2015 at the Railroad Plaza in downtown Paterson.
Mayor Jose “Joey” Torres, government officials, and community leaders will gather at the Railroad Plaza in the corner of Memorial Drive and Ward Street at 8 a.m. Friday to pay tribute to those who perished in the September 11, 2011 attacks.
Among the perished was Paterson resident Kenneth Lira who will be recognized during the ceremony.
