Drug dealer driving without plates arrested on Crosby Avenue, sheriff

A city man was arrested on drug charges during a Monday night vehicle stop on Crosby Avenue, according to Passaic County Sheriff Richard Berdnik.
Maga T. Robinson, 27-year-old, is charged with drug offenses and motor vehicle violations, Berdnik said.
Passaic pulled over driving without displaying license plates at the intersection of Crosby and Edmund avenues, authorities said.
Sheriff’s officers observed in plain view 50 glassine envelopes of heroin inside the vehicle, Berdnik said.
Robinson fled on foot. Officers gave chase. He was arrested on drug charges after a brief foot pursuit and taken to Passaic County Sheriff’s headquarters for processing.
Robinson was also charged with intent to distribute 1,000 feet of a school and resisting arrest, and several motor vehicle violations, authorities said.
