College guidance workshop for students and their families being hosted at Kennedy High School

The College Ready Families Mentorship Program is hosting orientation night for families of ninth and tenth grade city students at John F. Kennedy High School on Wednesday, December 9, 2015.
Families with aspirations to send their children to college will be provided with direction, information, and other resources to realize their education goals.
The program will utilize mentorship, SAT prep, study hall, study skills, parent workshops, family college tours to assist students from freshman year to graduation get into the college of their choice.
Students will gain direct knowledge about college preparation by working with colleges and universities that work with the Paterson Public Schools.
Families and students are invited to attend orientation night on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at John F. Kennedy High School located at 61 Preakness Avenue at 6 p.m.
