Passaic County Community College offering courses in computer, customer service, leadership skills

The Passaic County Community College is utilizing a state grant to offer computer skills, customer service, and leadership skills training courses to non-governmental employees at no cost to the takers this fall.
Registrations are open for courses on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Customer Service, and Leadership Skills.
Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint courses will take place on Wednesdays beginning on October 5 through October 26, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Customer service courses will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays on November 8 and 10, 2016. Leadership skills courses are being held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays on December 6 and 7, 2016.
Customer service and leadership skills courses take place from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., according to the college.
The courses are offered at no cost to the takers in partnership with the New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA) funded by a grant from the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
