Paterson man arrested after selling heroin to undercover detective

A city man was arrested for selling 100 glassine envelopes of heroin to an undercover Bergen County detective in Cliffside Park on Thursday, according to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.
Eric Rivera, 20, sold two bricks or 100 glassine envelopes of heroin to a detective from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office in Cliffside Park. He arrested by the Cliffside Park Police Department and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office after making the sale, authorities said.
Rivera was charged with heroin distribution and released on his own recognizance with a pending court date on August 29, 2016.
