Paterson awards almost $81,000 contract for landscaping at Great Falls

The city has entered into a contract with a maintenance and landscaping company for the upkeep of the Great Falls Historical National Park, according to city records.
Council members approved an $80,770 contract to Florham Park-based LTI Inc. on Tuesday for landscaping and maintenance services at the national park.
The city received bids from four companies with LTI being the lowest. Glenwood-based Parker Landscaping and Construction Inc. submitted the highest bid of $118,168, according to city records.
Ridgefield Park-based Bills Landscaping and Design and Hawthorne-based Verdi Landscaping were “non-responsive,” according to municipal records.
The contract is for one year, according to city records.
