Paterson police investigating self-inflicted shooting

Police are investigating a shooting incident in which a man wounded himself early Monday morning.
Police have not released information about the incident which occurred on 12th Avenue between William and East 23rd Streets at about 12:15 a.m.
The victim got himself to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center for treatment.
This is the city’s 2nd shooting in October.
